All products sold by The Guided Set are digital PDF downloads. Your file is available immediately after purchase — no shipping, no waiting.

Our Refund Policy

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged but did not receive a download link
  • The file you received is corrupted, blank, or cannot be opened
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same product
  • There was a technical error on our side that prevented access to your purchase

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after download
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Incompatibility with your device (all guides are standard PDF files)
  • Partial use of the guide

How to Access Your Download

  1. After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from The Guided Set.
  2. Your download link will be included in that email — click it to access your PDF.
  3. We recommend saving the file to your device so you always have access to it.
  4. If you cannot find your download email, check your spam/junk folder first.

Download Link Expired or Not Working?

Download links are active for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your link has expired or you are experiencing technical difficulties, contact us at hello@theguidedset.com and we will resend your download within 24 hours.
